Mountain Brook’s Trendon Watford led all scorers with 19 points as the Spartans beat Cordova 85-43 in a game at Mountain Brook High School.”

Watford’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Cordova was led by 16 points and added 12. Cordova fell to 0-0 overall while Mountain Brook improved their record to 13-1.

Mountain Brook will host Wenonah on Friday Feb. 2 at 7:30pm.
