Pike Central Chargers edge Heritage Hills Patriots 56-54 in Indiana high school basketball game

Pike Central’s Kendric Sorgius led the way with 17 points as the Chargers beat Heritage Hills Patriots 56-54 in a game at Pike Central.

Sorgius’ points came on 1 field goal, 3 three pointers and 6 of 8 free throws during the game.

Trent Sisley added 25. Heritage Hills fell to 7-5 overall while Pike Central improved their record to 2-6.

Heritage Hills’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Jan. 15 versus Tecumseh. Pike Central will host Wood Memorial on Saturday Jan. 15
