New Washington Mustangs defeat Austin Eagles 54-39 in Indiana high school basketball game

New Washington’s Chris Baker led the way with 11 points as the Mustangs beat Austin Eagles 54-39 in a game.

Baker’s points came on 2 field goals and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Baylee Coomer added 8. Austin fell to 2-7 overall while New Washington improved their record to 1-1.

Austin’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 3:00pm versus Brownstown Central.
