Albany Huskies defeat Pierz Pioneers 65-58 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Albany’s Tysen Gerads led the way with 15 points as the Huskies beat Pierz Pioneers 65-58 in a game at Pierz, MN.

Gerads’ points came on 4 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Noah Oberfeld added 24. Pierz fell to 5-5 overall while Albany improved their record to 16-4.

Pierz’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Feb. 12 versus Howard Lake Waverly Winsted. Albany will travel to on Tuesday Feb. 15 to play Little Falls.
