Albany Huskies defeat Pierz Pioneers 62-56 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Albany’s Tysen Gerads led all scorers with 20 points as the Huskies beat Pierz Pioneers 62-56 in a game at Albany, MN.

Gerads’ points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Noah Oberfeld added 17. Pierz fell to 3-4 overall while Albany improved their record to 8-2.

Pierz’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 11 versus Upsala. Albany will travel to on Tuesday Jan. 11 to play Minnewaska Area.
