Litchfield’s Gideon Boerema led all scorers with 19 points as the Dragons beat Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints 59-46 in a game at Target Center.

Boerema’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Gavin Mulder added 12. Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg fell to 6-2 overall while Litchfield improved their record to 1-0.

Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 6 versus Ortonville.
