Deer River Warriors edges Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida Ogichida 72-71 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Deer River’s Kyle Shevich led all scorers with 28 points as the Warriors beat Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida Ogichida 72-71 in a game.

Shevich’s points came on 9 field goals, 1 three pointer and 7 of 7 free throws during the game.

Conner Barney added 17. while Deer River improved their record to 5-3.

Deer River will travel to on Thursday Jan. 3 at 5:15pm to play Lakeview Christian Academy.
