Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers edges Hayfield Vikings 54-51 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Waterville Elysian Morristown’s Bladyn Bartlet led the way with 20 points as the Buccaneers beat Hayfield Vikings 54-51 in a game at Waterville.

Bartlet’s points came on 6 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Easton Fritcher added 10. Hayfield fell to 15-2 overall while Waterville Elysian Morristown improved their record to 11-1.

Hayfield’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Feb. 5 at 5:15pm versus Blooming Prairie. Waterville Elysian Morristown will travel to on Friday Feb. 8 at 7:15pm to play Blooming Prairie.
