Waterville Elysian Morristown’s Shelby Hermel led the way with 12 points as the Buccaneers beat Hayfield Vikings 43-41 in a game.

Hermel’s points came on 1 field goal, 3 three pointers and 1 of 3 free throws during the game.

Rachel Pack added 11. Hayfield fell to 2-5 overall while Waterville Elysian Morristown improved their record to 6-0.

Hayfield’s next game is scheduled to be played at Wells on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 5:15pm versus United South Central. Waterville Elysian Morristown will travel to on Thursday Dec. 20 at 5:15pm to play Le Sueur Henderson.
