Waterville Elysian Morristown’s Shelby Hermel led the way with 11 points as the Buccaneers beat Blue Earth Buccaneers 45-44 in a game.

Hermel’s points came on 1 field goal and 3 three pointers during the game.

Hannah Johnson added 7. Blue Earth fell to 0-1 overall while Waterville Elysian Morristown improved their record to 10-1.

Waterville Elysian Morristown will travel to on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 5:15pm to play Blooming Prairie.
