Maple River Eagles defeat Hayfield Vikings 60-50 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Maple River’s Ally Bruegger led all scorers with 20 points as the Eagles beat Hayfield Vikings 60-50 in a game.

Bruegger’s points came on 8 field goals, 1 three pointer and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Emma Holst added 15. Hayfield fell to 9-7 overall while Maple River improved their record to 9-6.

Hayfield’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 5:15pm versus New Richland Hartland Ellendale Geneva. Maple River will host Waterville Elysian Morristown on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 5:15pm.
