O’dea Guard Noel Davis led all scorers with 21 points as the Fighting Irish beat Coronado Cougars 73-55 in a game at .

Davis’ points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 3 of 5 free throws during the game.

Josiah Cunningham added 14. Coronado fell to 7-5 overall while O’dea improved their record to 8-2.

Coronado’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 10 versus Palo Verde. O’dea will travel to Bishop Blanchet High School on Tuesday Jan. 3 to play Bishop Blanchet.
