Hoggard Vikings crushes Panther Creek Catamounts 40-7 in NC high school football game

Hoggard High School quarterback Matthew Boring accumulated 204 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead the Hoggard Vikings to a 40-7 win over the Panther Creek Catamounts on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Vikings also received key efforts from running back David Hunter who rushed 14 times for 85 yards and Aamere Montgomery who rushed 10 times for 63 yards and 1 touchdown.
Panther Creek’s QB QUARTERBACK threw for 4 yards, RB RUNNINGBACK picked up 4 rushing yards and WR WIDERECEIVER had 11 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.
The win helps Hoggard improve to 4-0 on the season while Panther Creek falls to 3-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
Hoggard will take on the West Brunswick Trojans at home on Friday September 26. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
