Crook County Cowboys defeat Madras White Buffaloes 72-61 in Oregon high school basketball game

Crook County’s Edward Freauff led all scorers with 27 points as the Cowboys beat Madras White Buffaloes 72-61 in a game at CCHS.

Freauff’s points came on 12 field goals and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Seneca Ball added 26. Madras fell to 9-10 overall while Crook County improved their record to 12-7.

Madras’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Thursday Feb. 2 versus Estacada. Crook County will travel to Kurtz Gym The Dalles HS on Friday Feb. 3 to play The Dalles.
