Mt. Spokane Wildcats crushes Cheney Blackhawks 74-27 in Washington high school basketball game

Mt. Spokane Forward Maverick Sanders led all scorers with 17 points as the Wildcats beat Cheney Blackhawks 74-27 in a game at Cheney High School.

Sanders’ points came on 6 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Jakeb Vallance added 10. Cheney fell to 5-12 overall while Mt. Spokane improved their record to 16-1.

Cheney’s next game is scheduled to be played at Spokane Arena on Monday Jan. 30 versus Rogers. Mt. Spokane will host University on Tuesday Jan. 31
