Mt. Spokane Wildcats cruises by Cheney Blackhawks 61-37 in Washington high school basketball game

Mt. Spokane Forward Maverick Sanders led all scorers with 25 points as the Wildcats beat Cheney Blackhawks 61-37 in a game at Mt. Spokane HS.

Sanders’ points came on 8 field goals and 3 three pointers during the game.

Evan Stinson added 17. Cheney fell to 5-5 overall while Mt. Spokane improved their record to 9-1.

Cheney’s next game is scheduled to be played at Ferris High School on Friday Jan. 6 versus Ferris. Mt. Spokane will travel to Mead HS on Friday Jan. 6 to play Mead.
