East Valley Guard Luke Holecek led the way with 28 points as the Knights beat Medical Lake Cardinals 69-53 in a game at West Valley HS.

Holecek’s points came on 9 field goals, 3 three pointers and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Mavrick Rasmussen added 29. Medical Lake fell to 0-8 overall while East Valley improved their record to 5-2.

Medical Lake’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 3 versus Riverside. East Valley will host Colville on Thursday Dec. 29
