Garfield Bulldogs edge O'Dea Fighting Irish 65-64 in Washington high school basketball game

Garfield Power Forward Jaylin Stewart led the way with 18 points as the Bulldogs beat <a href=’/washington/basketball/teams/123430-odea-fighting-irish’ alt=’O’Dea Fighting Irish’> O’Dea Fighting Irish</a> 65-64 in a game at Garfield High School.

Stewart’s points came on 3 field goals, 1 three pointer and 9 of 11 free throws during the game.

Malcolm Clark added 18. O’dea fell to 9-3 overall while Garfield improved their record to 11-0.

O’dea’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 10 versus Rainier Beach. Garfield will host West Seattle on Tuesday Jan. 10
