Shadle Park Highlanders cruises by Rogers Pirates 42-20 in Washington high school football game

Shadle Park High School running back Tryson Town had 160 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide the Shadle Park Highlanders to a 42-20 win over the Rogers Pirates on Saturday morning in a high school football game.

The Highlanders also received crucial efforts from Joey BARBER who completed 1 pass for 39 yards and Tre Dickerson who rushed 6 times for 21 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Rogers’ quarterback Deon Kinsey threw for 48 yards and wide receiver Anthony Dearfield had 41 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Shadle Park improve to 1-2 on the season while Rogers falls to 0-2. This morning’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Shadle Park will challenge the East Valley Knights at home on Saturday September 25. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Rogers travels to Spokane, WA to take on the North Central Wolfpack on Friday September 24. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
