Mt. Spokane Wildcats cruises by Lewis & Clark Tigers 34-9 in Washington high school football game

Mt. Spokane High School quarterback Kellen Flanigan picked up 196 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide the Mt. Spokane Wildcats to a 34-9 win over the Lewis & Clark Tigers on Thursday night at Union Stadium in a high school football game.
The Wildcats also received major efforts from wide receiver Kaveh Abghari who caught 3 passes for 101 yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Grant Cloer who caught 1 pass for 50 yards.
Lewis & Clark’s quarterback Wyatt Potter threw for 48 yards, running back Matt Heer picked up 48 rushing yards and wide receiver Cade Conklin had 23 receiving yards.
The win helps Mt. Spokane improve to 5-1 on the season while Lewis & Clark falls to 3-5. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
