Gonzaga Prep Bullpups crushes Ferris Saxons 56-8 in Washington high school football game

Gonzaga Prep High School quarterback Ryan McKenna racked up 254 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups to a 56-8 win over the Ferris Saxons on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Bullpups also received major efforts from running back Robert Collier, Jr. who rushed 8 times for 55 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Jaden Ortega who rushed 8 times for 45 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Ferris’ quarterback Tyler Waldo threw for 65 yards, linebacker Kruz Wheeler picked up 11 rushing yards and quarterback Johnny Talarico had 32 receiving yards.

The win helps Gonzaga Prep improve to 4-0 on the season while Ferris falls to 1-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Gonzaga Prep travels to Cheney, WA to face off against the Cheney Blackhawks on Thursday April 1. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
