East Valley Knights beat North Central Indians 34-19 in Washington high school football game

East Valley High School Henry Stevens had 248 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to lead the East Valley Knights to a 34-19 win over the North Central Indians on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Knights also received impressive efforts from defensive back Joe Hofstee who caught 5 passes for 95 yards and 1 touchdown and Jayden Wilkinson who caught 2 passes for 81 yards and 2 touchdowns.

North Central’s quarterback Carter Strom threw for 273 yards and 3 touchdowns, wide receiver Laterrian Thomason picked up 41 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Jordan Dever had 86 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps East Valley improve to 1-1 on the season while North Central falls to 1-2. Tonight’s game was the second matchup between the two teams. In the previous game Saturday February 27, North Central came out in front, 34-19.

East Valley will take on the Pullman Greyhounds at home on Friday March 19. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
