Cheney Blackhawks cruises by Wenatchee Panthers 46-26 in Washington high school basketball game

Cheney Point Guard Tatum Sloan led all scorers with 18 points as the Blackhawks beat Wenatchee Panthers 46-26 in a game at Cheney High School.

Sloan’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 6 free throws during the game.

Gabby Volyn added 12. Wenatchee fell to 0-9 overall while Cheney improved their record to 4-5.

Wenatchee’s next game is scheduled to be played at Davis High School on Friday Jan. 6 versus Davis. Cheney will travel to Mt. Spokane HS on Tuesday Jan. 3 to play Mt. Spokane.
