Holmen High School quarterback Colin Williams picked up 155 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead the Holmen Vikings to a 22-21 win over the Reedsburg Beavers on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received vital efforts from running back Jack Barth who rushed 9 times for 53 yards and fullback Elijah Kane who rushed 11 times for 31 yards.

Reedsburg’s quarterback Will Mikonowicz picked up 235 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns.

The win helps Holmen improve to 5-0 on the season while Reedsburg falls to 3-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Holmen travels to Tomah, WI to challenge the Tomah Timberwolves on Friday September 26. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
