Holmen Vikings cruises by Medford Raiders 55-16 in WI high school football game

Holmen High School running back Jack Barth had 180 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help the Holmen Vikings to a 55-16 win over the Medford Raiders on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Vikings also received vital efforts from fullback Elijah Kane who rushed 17 times for 138 yards and 3 touchdowns and quarterback Colin Williams who completed 2 passes for 34 yards and 1 touchdown.
Medford’s NICHOLAS KRAUSE threw for 3 yards, Sawyer Elsner picked up 77 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Conor Anderson had 3 receiving yards.
The win helps Holmen improve to 1-0 on the season while Medford falls to 0-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
Holmen travels to Prairie du Sac, WI to challenge the Sauk Prairie Eagles on Friday August 29. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
