Clinton Arrows defeat Germantown Mavericks 21-14 in Mississippi high school football game

Clinton High School Quarterback Caleb Miller racked up 126 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to guide Clinton Arrows to a 21-14 win over Germantown Mavericks on Friday night at Clinton High School in a high school football game.

The Arrows also received key efforts from Linebacker Montavious Warren who rushed 10 times for 88 yards and Wide Receiver Michael Hughes who caught 5 passes for 78 yards and 1 touchdown.

Germantown’s Quarterback Colton Gardner threw for 116 yards and 1 touchdown, Running Back Branson Robinson picked up 71 rushing yards and Wide Receiver Tykwon Wade had 74 receiving yards.

The win helps Clinton improve to 3-2 on the season while Germantown falls to 3-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Clinton travels to Vicksburg, MS to challenge the Warren Central Vikings on Friday October 23. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
