Hoggard Vikings crushes Ashley Screaming Eagle 38-6 in North Carolina high school football game

Hoggard High School quarterback Hudson Wilharm accumulated 121 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide the Hoggard Vikings to a 38-6 win over the Ashley Screaming Eagle on Friday night at Wilmington, NC in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received helpful efforts from running back Tamear Webb who rushed 6 times for 80 yards and running back M’Kel Bellamy who rushed 6 times for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Ashley’s cornerback Braden Quinn threw for 128 yards, Jaelyn Brewington picked up 54 rushing yards and athlete TYLER CARTER had 80 receiving yards.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 6-1 on the season while Ashley falls to 4-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hoggard travels to Hampstead, NC to take on the Topsail Pirates on Friday October 13. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
