Naples High School quarterback Alijah Molina accumulated 136 rushing yards and scored 4 touchdowns to lead the Naples Golden Eagles to a 49-13 win over the Barron Collier Cougars on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Golden Eagles also received impressive efforts from running back Sam Sparacio who rushed 8 times for 85 yards and 2 touchdowns and running back Jah’Torien Chandler-Perry who rushed 1 time for 40 yards.
Barron Collier’s quarterback Sam Powell threw for 217 yards and 1 touchdown, running back Vincent Akridge picked up 2 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Ben Brackin had 96 receiving yards.
The win helps Naples improve to 1-0-1 on the season while Barron Collier falls to 0-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
