San Ysidro Wing Jj Taylor led all scorers with 35 points as the Cougars beat Monterey Trail Mustangs 105-100 in a game at .

Taylor’s points came on 7 field goals, 4 three pointers and 9 of 12 free throws during the game.

Varick Lewis added 34. Monterey Trail fell to 4-6 overall while San Ysidro improved their record to 7-3.

Monterey Trail’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Dec. 28 versus Tba. San Ysidro will travel to Olympian High School on Friday Jan. 6 to play Olympian.
