Mission Bay comes into this early-season scrimmage off a dominant meeting earlier this year — on Jan. 7 the Buccaneers beat the Cougars 59-22 at Mission Bay. Saturday’s matchup gives Steele Canyon a chance for revenge on the same floor and an opportunity for both teams to shake out rotations and evaluate personnel as the season opens.
