Chowchilla Tribe heads to Boron for Friday JV showdown

Chowchilla’s junior varsity team travels to Boron High School on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, to take on the Boron Bobcats. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. PDT at Boron HS. This is an early-season JV meeting between the two neighborhood programs — the Bobcats will host while the Tribe make the short trip to the desert campus.

Last meeting

  • The teams last met on Sept. 20, 2024, at Chowchilla, where the Tribe posted a 34-7 victory over Boron. That game is the most recent result in the series and gives Chowchilla momentum heading into Friday’s matchup.
